1. Who we are

Interactive Enterprises Limited (Company Number 137228C), Isle of Man, is the controller for personal data processed through this corporate website (interactiveenterpriseslimited.com, formerly int-ent.ltd).

Our Live Products (for example Nudjz.com, OddJobs.im, Ortally.com and Ainuze.com) have their own privacy notices. This page covers the corporate site and general business enquiries unless a product notice or engagement agreement applies instead.

2. Information we collect

On this website we collect very limited personal data:

Contact enquiries - name, email, organisation, and message content you send to engagement@int-ent.ltd or other published addresses;
Technical data - standard server logs (for example IP address, user agent, timestamps) that may be generated by hosting infrastructure for security and operations;
Analytics (optional) - if you choose Accept analytics on the cookie banner, we load Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) to understand page views and traffic patterns on this corporate site. We do not use it for advertising personalisation. Choosing Essential only (or ignoring the banner) means we do not load Google Analytics for that browser.

We do not use advertising pixels or third-party marketing profiling. Analytics runs only with your opt-in on the cookie banner.

3. How we use information

To respond to enquiries and discuss potential or ongoing work;
To maintain security and diagnose technical issues;
To understand (with consent) which public pages are useful, via Google Analytics;
To meet legal obligations where they apply.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share enquiry content with third parties for their marketing.

4. Legal basis (where applicable)

Depending on applicable data protection law, we process enquiry data because you have contacted us (steps prior to a contract or legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries), technical logs for security legitimate interests / legal obligations, and optional analytics where you have consented via the cookie banner.

5. Sharing and processors

Hosting and email providers may process data only to operate our systems. We do not authorise them to use your enquiry data for their own purposes. If you accept analytics, Google processes analytics data as the provider of Google Analytics. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.

6. Retention

Enquiry correspondence is kept as long as needed to handle the conversation, a related engagement, or legal/accounting requirements, then deleted or archived under our normal practices. Server logs are retained for a limited operational period.

7. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; please avoid sending passwords or unnecessary special-category data by email.

8. Your rights

Subject to Isle of Man (and any other applicable) data protection law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you, or raise a privacy question, by emailing engagement@int-ent.ltd.

9. Products and other sites

When you use Nudjz.com, OddJobs.im, Ortally.com, Ainuze.com, or other products, their privacy notices and product terms apply to data processed in those systems. Client projects may involve additional processing terms in the engagement agreement.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update this notice from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. This notice is governed by the laws of the Isle of Man.
