1. Who we are

Interactive Enterprises Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a company registered in the Isle of Man (Company Number 137228C). Website: interactiveenterpriseslimited.com (formerly int-ent.ltd). Contact: engagement@int-ent.ltd.

We provide software engineering and development, and we design, build, and operate custom platforms and system integrations, and we operate Live Products including (without limitation) Nudjz.com, OddJobs.im, Ortally.com and Ainuze.com.

2. What these terms cover

These Terms of Use govern:

  • your access to and use of this corporate website (interactiveenterpriseslimited.com and related pages);
  • general rules that apply when you enquire about or engage us for client work, unless a signed agreement says otherwise;
  • how our Live Products relate to this site (product-specific terms apply on those products).

By using this website you agree to these Terms and our Privacy notice. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

3. Purpose of this website

This website is provided primarily for information and enquiry. Content describes our approach, expertise, team, and products. It does not by itself:

  • create a binding engagement to deliver software or services;
  • constitute legal, tax, accounting, medical, or other regulated professional advice;
  • guarantee availability, features, or pricing of any product or service.

All client engagements are subject to a separate written agreement (and NDA where agreed) covering scope, fees, timelines, IP, and confidentiality.

4. Enquiries and client work

  • Enquiries to engagement@int-ent.ltd (or other published channels) should be accurate and lawful. Do not send content you have no right to share.
  • We may decline work that is unlawful, unethical, or outside our capacity.
  • Until a written agreement is signed (or we expressly confirm a fixed-scope commitment in writing), estimates and proposals are non-binding.
  • Deliverables, acceptance, payment, warranties, and support for paid work are defined in the engagement documents - not solely by this website.
  • Sensitive commercial contexts may require an NDA before detailed discussion. Say so in your first email if needed.

5. Live Products (OddJobs, Ortally, Ainuze, and others)

We operate commercial software products, including:

  • Nudjz.com - student life ecosystem (subject to the terms and privacy policy on that site);
  • OddJobs.im - local professional platform / marketplace and related doors (subject to the terms and privacy policy on that site);
  • Ortally.com - online accounting software (subject to the terms and privacy policy on that site);
  • Ainuze.com - members-only personalised news feed from public RSS sources (subject to the terms and privacy policy on that site).

Use of those products is governed by their own product terms, privacy notices, and (where relevant) plan/billing terms - not by this corporate site alone. This website may describe those products for marketing; product features and pricing can change on the product sites.

Nothing on interactiveenterpriseslimited.com overrides a product’s terms unless we agree that in a signed contract.

6. Acceptable use of this website

You must not:

  • attempt unauthorised access, probe, or disrupt the site or related systems;
  • use the site to send spam, malware, or unlawful content;
  • scrape or harvest content or contact details in a way that harms the site or violates law;
  • misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us;
  • use the site in any way that is unlawful under Isle of Man (or other applicable) law.

We may block access or ignore enquiries that breach these rules or create security risk.

7. Confidentiality

We take confidentiality seriously. Client engagements are typically covered by written NDAs and/or confidentiality clauses where appropriate. Unauthorised disclosure of confidential information obtained through this website or during an engagement is prohibited.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website - including text, graphics, logos, layout, and design - is owned by Interactive Enterprises Limited or its licensors. You may view and print pages for personal or internal evaluation. You may not copy, republish, or commercially reuse site content without prior written consent, except as allowed by law (for example fair dealing).

IP ownership in software and materials created under a client engagement is as set out in the signed agreement (often client ownership of project deliverables, with us retaining tools, libraries, and know-how used across projects - unless agreed otherwise).

9. Third-party sites and links

This site may link to third-party sites (including our own products). We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or practices. Following a link is at your own risk. Product sites have their own terms.

10. Availability

We aim to keep this website available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may change, suspend, or withdraw pages without notice. This corporate site is not a production SLA for client systems or Live Products unless a written SLA says otherwise.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the Isle of Man:

  • this website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind beyond those that cannot be excluded by law;
  • we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of (or inability to use) this website;
  • we are not liable for decisions you make based solely on marketing content without a signed engagement;
  • liability for paid client work is limited as stated in the signed engagement (or, if silent, to fees paid for that work in the twelve months before the claim, except for fraud or other non-excludable liability).

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Isle of Man law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Interactive Enterprises Limited harmless from claims, losses, and costs arising from your misuse of this website, unlawful content you send us, or your breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our fraud or wilful misconduct.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date on this page will change when we do. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material engagement terms only change by signed agreement (or as that agreement allows).

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Isle of Man. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Isle of Man, subject to any non-excludable rights that may apply.

Product terms on Nudjz.com, OddJobs.im, Ortally.com, Ainuze.com, or other products may specify their own governing law for those products (including multi-market installs).
